The Reset Room

Overstimulated? Need a minute?

You don’t have to fix your whole day right now. Pick one small reset. Listen, move, create, or pause— at your own pace.

Optional wellness activities—not treatment, a diagnosis, or emergency support.

One Small Reset

Choose what feels useful.
Leave the rest.

Listen Focus on one sound for a moment.

Notice the sounds around you or put on music you already enjoy.

  1. Choose one sound that feels comfortable to focus on.
  2. Notice its rhythm, tone, or how it changes.
  3. Stay with it for as long—or as little—as you like.

If a sound feels uncomfortable, choose another activity. You don’t need headphones or music.

Move A small change of position.

Stretch, walk, or change your position if it feels comfortable and safe.

  1. Choose a movement that works for your body and space.
  2. Try a gentle stretch, a short walk, or a seated adjustment.
  3. Stop whenever you want.

There’s no target to reach. Skip any movement that causes pain or discomfort.

Create Make something just for yourself.

Doodle, write a sentence, or make something. It doesn’t have to be good.

  1. Choose paper, a notebook, or a tool you already enjoy.
  2. Draw a few shapes or write one sentence.
  3. Keep going if you want—or leave it there.

No need to share it. Nothing is submitted or uploaded through this activity.

Pause Notice what’s around you.

If it feels comfortable, take a moment to notice your surroundings.

  1. Notice three things you can see.
  2. Notice two things you can hear.
  3. Notice one thing you can feel, such as your feet on the floor.

You can adapt or skip any part. Stop if focusing on your surroundings feels uncomfortable.

A little something
for this week.

Explore a short activity you can try when it feels useful. No streaks, scores, or pressure to return.

You Can Reach Out

A reset is a moment.
Support can be a conversation.

If you’re having a hard day, is there a parent, caregiver, school counselor, or another trusted adult you could talk to?

You don’t need a perfect explanation to ask someone to listen.

Not sure where to start?

Find useful information for yourself, a friend, or your family.
