This Week’s Reset

A little something for this week.

One small idea to try, at your own pace. You don’t have to fix your whole day—or make anything perfect.

Optional wellness activities—not treatment, a diagnosis, or emergency support.

This Week’s Activity

A tiny
creative break.

Make a doodle using only three shapes.

It doesn’t have to be perfect—or shown to anyone. Choose a little space for creativity, just for yourself.

About 1 minute Create At your own pace

Give it a try.

  1. Choose your tools. Find paper and something to draw with, or use a drawing app you already have.
  2. Pick three shapes. Try a circle, a triangle, and a square—or choose your own.
  3. Make them yours. Repeat, overlap, or arrange them however you like. Stop whenever you want.

Make It Your Own

No right answer.
No need to share.

Use one color or several. Draw large shapes or small ones. You can also imagine the shapes instead of drawing them.

If this isn’t your thing today, skip it or choose another reset. There’s nothing to complete or submit.

More Small Resets

Another idea.
Whenever it feels useful.

Open an activity for a simple suggestion. You can adapt it, stop, or leave it for another time.

The one-minute room reset Space · One small change

Put away one thing, open a window if safe, or choose a calmer corner.

You don’t need to tidy the whole room. One comfortable change is enough.

The playlist check Listen · Music you enjoy

Pick a song that matches your mood, then one that matches how you want to feel.

There’s no need to change your mood. If a song feels uncomfortable, choose something else.

A conversation starter Connect · Someone you trust

Ask someone you trust: “What helps you when your day gets loud?”

You can listen, share your own idea, or keep the conversation short.

The outside minute Pause · Notice something around you

If it’s safe and accessible, notice the sky, air, or trees for one minute.

You can also look through a window. Skip anything that feels uncomfortable.

The notification reset Pause · A little less noise

Silence one nonessential alert for a short period, if that works for you.
